Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for SaveImage Premium. It applies alongside our Terms of Service. The free version of the extension — including local image conversion, cropping, and annotation — is and always will be free, so this policy concerns Premium subscriptions and credit purchases only.

You don't need to pay to try SaveImage's AI tools: every new user gets 15 free AI credits, with no card required. A subscription is only needed once those run out — so you can evaluate the AI features before paying anything.

If SaveImage Premium is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Just email us — no questions asked. This guarantee applies to your first paid subscription term; it does not apply to subsequent automatic renewals.

Premium renews automatically at the monthly or yearly price shown at checkout unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

• Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period has begun, since cancelling stops all future charges.
• If you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel and contact us promptly (within 14 days of the renewal charge), we will normally issue a refund at our reasonable discretion.

Premium includes 300 AI credits per month, and credits may also be purchased in one-time top-up packs. Because AI operations incur real processing costs the moment they run, credits that have already been used are non-refundable. Unused one-time credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no credits from that pack have been consumed.

Email us at [email protected] with the email address used at checkout and, if you have it, your Paddle order reference. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Payments, subscriptions, and refunds are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as merchant of record. Refunds are issued through Paddle and are also subject to its own policies. Where applicable taxes were charged, they are refunded in line with the rules of the relevant tax authority.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. Where local law grants you greater rights than those described here, those rights apply.
