1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for SaveAs Premium. It applies alongside our Terms of Service. The free version of the extension — including local image conversion, cropping, and annotation — is and always will be free, so this policy concerns Premium subscriptions and credit purchases only.

2. Free Trial

New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel any time during the trial to avoid being billed — once cancelled, you keep access until the trial period is over and are not charged afterward.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If SaveAs Premium is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase (or your first charge after the free trial). Just email us — no questions asked. This guarantee applies to your first paid subscription term; it does not apply to subsequent automatic renewals.

4. Subscription Renewals

Premium renews automatically at $6.99/month or $39.99/year unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

  • Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period has begun, since cancelling stops all future charges.
  • If you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel and contact us promptly (within 14 days of the renewal charge), we will normally issue a refund at our reasonable discretion.

5. AI Credits

Premium includes 300 AI credits per month, and credits may also be purchased in one-time top-up packs. Because AI operations incur real processing costs the moment they run, credits that have already been used are non-refundable. Unused one-time credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no credits from that pack have been consumed.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with the email address used at checkout and, if you have it, your order or license reference. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

7. Payment Processing

Payments, subscriptions, and refunds are handled by our third-party payment provider, which acts as merchant of record. Refunds are issued through that provider and are also subject to its own policies. Where applicable taxes were charged, they are refunded in line with the rules of the relevant tax authority.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. Where local law grants you greater rights than those described here, those rights apply.
